2. Next Working Day Delivery
Monday to Friday:
a) Order Payment Confirmation before 15:00 PM – Take delivery on the same day
b) Order Payment Confirmation after 15:00 PM – Take delivery next business day
c) Order Payment Confirmation on Saturday or Sunday – Take delivery on the following Monday
3. Delivery method for your shipment:-
a) Home Delivery
b) Pickup Point Service
4. If you have not received the Product(s) within the estimated delivery time specified in the dispatch confirmation, you should contact us via our website or by email or by telephone which has stated in the page.
B. Refund Policy
Buyer may only apply for the refund and/or return of the Item in the following circumstances:
1) The Item has not been received by Buyer;
2) Seller has delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) to Buyer;
3) The Item delivered to Buyer is materially different from the description provided by Seller in the listing of the Item.
Please note that, if required by Seller, Buyer must ship the Item to a location designated by Seller within ten (10) calendar days after the return request is raised.
The approval of your request for refund and return will be made by the Seller in its sole discretion.
Buyer acknowledges and agrees that seller’s decision is final, conclusive and binding, and covenants and agrees that it will not bring suit or otherwise assert any claim against seller or its affiliates in relation to such decision.
C. Terms and Conditions
1.1 Welcome to the SbN platform (the “Site”). Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before using this Site or opening a SbN account (“Account”) so that you are aware of your legal rights and obligations with respect to SbN Healthcare Manufacturer Sdn. Bhd. (Company Registration No. 1046587 W) (individually and collectively, “SBN”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
The “Services” we provide or make available include (a) the Site, (b) the services provided by the Site and (c) all information, linked pages, features, data, text, images, photographs, graphics, music, sounds, video (including live streams), messages, tags, content, programming, software, application services (including, without limitation, any mobile application services) or other materials made available through the Site or its related services (“Content”). Any new features added to or augmenting the Services are also subject to these Terms of Service. These Terms of Service govern your use of Services provided by SbN.
1.2 The Services include an online platform service that provides a place and opportunity for the sale of goods between the buyer (“Buyer”) and the seller (“Seller”) (collectively “you”, “Users” or “Parties”).
1.3 Before becoming a User of the Site, you must read and accept all of the terms and conditions in, and linked to, these Terms of Service and you must consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy linked hereto.
1.4 Seller reserves the right to change, modify, suspend or discontinue all or any part of this Site or the Services at any time or upon notice as required by local laws. Seller may release certain Services or their features in a beta version, which may not work correctly or in the same way the final version may work, and we shall not be held liable in such instances. Seller may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts of, or the entire, Site or Services in its sole discretion and without notice or liability.
1.5 Seller reserves the right to refuse to provide you access to the Site or Services or to allow you to open an Account for any reason.
BY USING SBN SERVICES OR OPENING AN ACCOUNT, YOU GIVE YOUR IRREVOCABLE ACCEPTANCE OF AND CONSENT TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING THOSE ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND POLICIES REFERENCED HEREIN AND/OR LINKED HERETO.

IF YOU ARE THE PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN OF A MINOR WHO IS CREATING AN ACCOUNT, YOU MUST ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT ON THE MINOR’S BEHALF AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL USE OF THE ACCOUNT OR COMPANY SERVICES USING SUCH ACCOUNT, WHETHER SUCH ACCOUNT IS CURRENTLY OPEN OR CREATED LATER.

when you carry out transactions through our Services;
when you provide us with feedback or complaints;
when you register for a contest; or
when you submit your personal data to us for any reason.

- usage and transaction data, including details about your searches, orders, the advertising and content you interact with on the Platform, and other products and services related to you;

- any other information about the User when the User signs up to use our Services or Platform, and when the User uses the Services or Platform, as well as information related to how the User uses our Services or Platform; and
- aggregate data on content the User engages with.
2.2 You agree not to submit any information to us which is inaccurate or misleading, and you agree to inform us of any inaccuracies or changes to such information. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to require further documentation to verify the information provided by you.
2.3 If you sign up to be a user of our Platform using your social media account (“Social Media Account”), link your SbN account to your Social Media Account or use any SbN social media features, we may access information about you which you have voluntarily provided to your Social Media Account provider in accordance with such provider’s policies, and we will manage and use any such personal data in accordance with this Policy at all times.
